My name is Sofia
I support women on their beautiful journeys into motherhood.
Born and raised in California, I’m a mother of two boys who has chosen to raise my family with my loving husband in Cologne. It is here I have created a space to support and empower women and their growing families.
As a Doula, Yoga Teacher and Breastfeeding Consultant, it is my goal to support families in welcoming their little ones into the world as peacefully and harmoniously as possible. There is always so much focus on the arriving baby, but the new born mama is often forgotten. Not here. I feel honoured to hold a space for women to find their inner strength, to learn to truly trust, connect and listen to their bodies and to give birth in a way that makes them feel safe and respected. I am here to support you on your journey in rediscovering yourself and strength as a mother.
I am also fluent in German and offer all my services in both languages.
